📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Manage and mentor a team of aesthetic professionals, including dermatologists, nurses, and therapists.
• Implement and monitor quality assurance protocols to maintain high standards of patient care.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain clients.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for service expansion.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and health and safety standards.
• Manage the clinic's budget and financial performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably in healthcare or business management.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the aesthetic or healthcare industry.
• Certification in a relevant field, such as medical aesthetics or healthcare management, is a plus.
• Proven track record of successful team management and operational oversight.
