📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of 5-7 field collectors, providing guidance and support to ensure the achievement of daily and monthly collection targets.
Develop and implement effective collection strategies to maximize recovery rates and minimize delinquencies.
Monitor and track collection activities using Salesforce and SAP, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Collaborate with the regional management team to ensure the smooth operation of the collection process.
Maintain high standards of customer service and communication, ensuring that all interactions with borrowers are professional and respectful.
Identify and address any operational challenges or bottlenecks in the collection process.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in field operations, with a proven track record in collections and recovery.
Strong understanding of credit risk management and customer relationship management.
Proficient in using Salesforce and SAP for data management and tracking.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
