📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Build and maintain strong relationships with driver communities through regular engagement activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure driver needs are addressed and communicated effectively.
- Facilitate community feedback sessions and surveys to gather insights and improve services.
- Organize and participate in community events and initiatives to strengthen bonds and foster a sense of belonging.
- Utilize Google Workspace and Microsoft Teams for efficient communication and project management.
- Leverage community engagement platforms to track and analyze engagement metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in community engagement.
- Report on engagement activities and outcomes to senior management.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in community engagement or a similar role.
- Proven experience in building and maintaining relationships with diverse communities.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using Google Workspace and Microsoft Teams.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with community engagement platforms and tools.
