📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in overseeing the production process to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.,Monitor production schedules and coordinate with team members to meet deadlines.,Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any production issues or bottlenecks.,Maintain accurate records of production data and report to the Production Supervisor.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of production activities.,Implement and monitor production improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the production area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of production planning and scheduling software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with quality control processes and standards.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.
