UNITY Abadi is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Blitar, Jawa Timur. This is an immediate opportunity to be part of a growing retail company. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Supervise and train store staff to maintain high standards of customer service.,Monitor and track sales performance to meet or exceed targets.,Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain product quality and availability.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to drive sales.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and management principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with POS systems and retail software is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and local market trends is preferred.
