📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the sales process by managing customer inquiries and providing product information.,Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data.,Follow up with potential customers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer loyalty.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on sales techniques and strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in telesales or customer service.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
