📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Perform financial modeling and analysis to support M&A transactions
- Evaluate potential acquisition targets and prepare detailed financial reports
- Assist in the preparation of due diligence reports and financial projections
- Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify potential M&A opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Provide financial advice and recommendations to support strategic decision-making

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate finance, particularly in M&A
- Proficient in financial modeling and analysis using tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and specialized software such as Bloomberg Terminal and FactSet
- Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation techniques, and corporate finance principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Certification in Corporate Finance (e.g., CPA, CFA, or ACCA) is a plus
- Fluency in English is required
