MOMENTUM Unggul is looking for a talented Deputy Commis Chef to join our team in Semarang. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in preparing and cooking food for our customers. You will also be responsible for maintaining the kitchen and ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking food for our customers.,Maintain the kitchen and ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards.,Stock and manage kitchen supplies and ingredients.,Ensure that all food is prepared in a timely and efficient manner.,Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Assist in training and developing junior kitchen staff.,Ensure that all food is presented in an attractive and appetizing manner.,Assist in the development and implementation of kitchen procedures and policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisine.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.
