📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Create and deliver training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and webinars.,Assist in the design and delivery of leadership development programs.,Conduct needs assessments and analyze training effectiveness.,Collaborate with HR and other departments to align learning and development initiatives with business goals.,Monitor and evaluate the impact of learning and development programs on employee performance and business outcomes.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant software tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
