📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the outlet, including staff scheduling and inventory control.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues promptly.,Drive sales targets by implementing effective marketing strategies and promotions.,Oversee the performance of sales staff and provide training and development opportunities.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the outlet meets its financial goals.,Maintain a clean and organized outlet, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Collaborate with the Outlet Manager to develop and implement strategic plans for the outlet.,Assist in the recruitment and hiring process for new staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail or sales management role, preferably in the aluminum industry.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.,Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with the aluminum industry and its products would be an advantage.
