In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and providing technical support to our employees. You will work closely with our System Administrator to maintain and improve our systems, ensuring high availability and security.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Monitor and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.
  • Provide technical support to employees, resolving hardware and software issues.
  • Assist in the implementation and configuration of new IT systems and applications.
  • Perform regular system backups and ensure data integrity and security.
  • Monitor system performance and capacity, and recommend improvements as needed.
  • Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
  • Collaborate with the System Administrator to ensure the smooth operation of IT services.
  • Participate in IT projects and initiatives as needed.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a System Administrator or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.
  • Experience with Windows Server and Active Directory is a plus.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
