📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate with vendors, artists, and other stakeholders to secure necessary resources and services.
• Manage event budgets and ensure all financial aspects are handled efficiently.
• Promote events through various channels, including social media and email marketing.
• Handle event marketing and advertising, including creating promotional materials and managing online presence.
• Oversee event logistics, including venue setup, equipment, and transportation.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in event coordination or a similar role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using event management software such as Eventbrite, Cvent, or similar.
