As an HR Staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team in managing employee relations, recruitment, and other HR-related activities. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including addressing grievances and providing guidance on HR matters.,Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and training.,Help with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.,Support the HR team in managing employee benefits and compensation.,Assist in the organization of HR-related events and activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR practices and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.,Good organizational and time management skills.
