Central Port Pratama is seeking a dedicated Production Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing production processes to ensure efficiency and quality. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management and a passion for continuous improvement. This is a hybrid role, combining on-site and remote work.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee daily production activities to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.,Conduct quality checks and implement corrective actions to maintain product quality.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues.,Maintain accurate records of production data and generate reports.,Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.,Support the production manager in achieving production targets and goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in production management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP or production management software is a plus.,Understanding of health and safety regulations in the workplace.,Ability to work both on-site and remotely in a hybrid environment.
