📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems.
• Provide level 1 and 2 technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues.
• Implement and manage IT security measures to protect our systems and data.
• Conduct regular system backups and disaster recovery testing.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of IT services.
• Document IT processes and procedures for future reference.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Participate in on-call duties to ensure 24/7 support coverage.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure support.
• Proficient in using ITIL framework for IT service management.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.) and network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.).
• Experience with server operating systems (Windows Server, Linux, etc.) and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.).
• Familiarity with storage technologies (SAN, NAS, etc.) and backup solutions.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, or Cisco CCNA are a plus.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
