📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.,Provide information about the hotel's facilities and services.,Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Maintain the reception area and ensure it is clean and organized.,Assist with reservations and room assignments.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest services.,Perform general administrative tasks as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with hotel or office reception procedures.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Basic computer skills, including email and word processing.
