Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development and success.,Develop and implement data analysis strategies to support business objectives and drive decision-making.,Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of our data by implementing data quality controls and monitoring processes.,Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business strategies and improve operational efficiency.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable data analysis projects.,Create and maintain comprehensive data visualizations and reports to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.,Stay up-to-date with emerging data analysis tools, techniques, and best practices to continuously improve our data analysis capabilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, with a proven track record of leading data analysis projects and teams.,Strong knowledge of data analysis tools and technologies, including SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address complex data challenges.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Certifications in data analysis or related fields are a plus.
