Asia Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Internal Audit professional to join our team in Cimahi. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading the internal audit function, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards, and identifying areas for improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auditing, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and lead the internal audit function, including planning, executing, and reporting on audits.,Develop and implement internal audit policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.,Identify and assess risks and areas for improvement within the organization.,Conduct audits of financial and operational processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.,Prepare and present audit reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.,Collaborate with other departments to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes.,Provide training and guidance to internal audit staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, with a strong background in financial and operational audits.,Certification in internal auditing, such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), is a plus.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal control frameworks.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.,Proficient in using auditing software and tools.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
