📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and implement learning and development programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Conduct needs assessments and analyze data to identify training and development opportunities.,Develop and deliver training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and coaching sessions.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to align learning initiatives with business goals.,Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Mentor and coach employees to support their professional growth and development.,Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS).,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
