Mart Tech Mandiri is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team in Bontang. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance activities of our facilities, ensuring that all equipment is functioning optimally and safely. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a proven track record of successfully managing maintenance teams.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance activities of the facility, ensuring that all equipment is functioning optimally and safely.,Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.,Train and mentor junior maintenance technicians, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks on all equipment and machinery.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure that all maintenance parts and materials are available when needed.,Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and equipment history.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance role, with a proven track record of successfully managing maintenance teams.,Strong technical skills and knowledge of maintenance procedures and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical staff.,Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and standards.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines.
