📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the production process to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.,Lead and manage a team of production supervisors.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production operations.,Implement and monitor production schedules and targets.,Conduct regular quality checks and inspections.,Resolve production issues and implement corrective actions.,Train and develop production staff.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in production.,Proven track record of successfully managing production teams.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP or production management software is a plus.
