📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor the retail sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail clients.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to retail partners.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance sales efforts.,Manage inventory and ensure optimal stock levels to support sales goals.,Participate in training and development programs for the sales team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Familiarity with retail industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
