Mission and Resource Operations Associate

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate and manage logistics for mission-driven projects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of resources.
• Assist in the planning and execution of events and initiatives, working closely with project managers and team members.
• Manage and maintain inventory of resources, including office supplies, equipment, and other materials.
• Support the operations team in maintaining a clean, organized, and functional workspace.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to project activities and resource usage.
• Provide administrative support to the mission and resource operations team, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and other logistical tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure that all projects meet their goals and deadlines.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of operational strategies and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a mission-driven or non-profit organization.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or similar.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
