📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitoring the health and well-being of newborns, including vital signs, feeding, and diaper changes
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors
• Providing emotional support and reassurance to families during the newborn care process
• Educating families on newborn care, including feeding, bathing, and sleep patterns
• Collaborating with doctors, midwives, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for newborns
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of newborn care and health status

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in pediatric or newborn care
• Certification as a Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of newborn care and development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
