In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement activities of our restaurant, ensuring that we have the necessary supplies and ingredients to maintain high-quality service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure a steady supply of high-quality ingredients and supplies.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure that the restaurant has the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.,Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers to ensure that the restaurant is getting the best possible value for its money.,Monitor and analyze procurement costs and identify areas for cost savings.,Ensure that all procurement activities are in compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies to support the restaurant's business goals.,Provide regular reports to management on procurement activities and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Knowledge of food and beverage industry is a plus.
