The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and supporting the team to achieve company goals. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.,Monitor and maintain operational systems and processes.,Identify and address operational issues and implement solutions.,Support the team in achieving operational targets and KPIs.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.,Provide operational support to other departments as required.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational systems and processes.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with project management tools and software is a plus.
