📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage production schedules and ensure timely completion of production tasks.
  • Monitor production progress and identify potential issues or bottlenecks.
  • Develop and implement production plans and strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections of production areas to maintain high standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a production-related role.
  • Strong knowledge of production processes and best practices.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with ERP or production management software is a plus.
  • Must be able to work remotely and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field is preferred.
