📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage procurement.,Ensure the restaurant meets health and safety standards and complies with all relevant regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Monitor sales and revenue, and identify opportunities for improvement.,Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.,Ensure the restaurant is clean, well-maintained, and visually appealing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.,Proven track record of success in managing a team and driving sales performance.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning and cost control.,Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.,Ability to speak and understand Indonesian is a must.
