📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and evaluate potential M&A opportunities that align with the company's strategic objectives.,Develop and implement M&A strategies to maximize value creation and minimize risks.,Conduct due diligence on target companies, including financial, operational, and legal aspects.,Negotiate and finalize M&A transactions, including structuring, pricing, and legal documentation.,Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including potential acquisition targets, investors, and regulatory bodies.,Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify emerging opportunities.,Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, legal, and operations, to ensure successful M&A execution.,Prepare and present comprehensive reports and presentations to the executive team and board of directors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.,10+ years of experience in M&A, corporate development, or a similar role in a strategic growth function.,Strong understanding of M&A processes, including deal structuring, negotiation, and due diligence.,Proven track record of successful M&A transactions, preferably in a similar industry or company size.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex financial and operational data.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and market dynamics.
