📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory control and stock management.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.
  • Perform quality checks and inspections to maintain high standards of product integrity.
  • Develop and implement efficient inventory management systems and procedures.
  • Train and supervise junior warehouse staff to ensure high levels of performance.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory levels and warehouse activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and security regulations.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivity.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Proven track record of managing inventory and warehouse operations effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with health, safety, and security regulations is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and have a strong work ethic.
