📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and contact potential customers in the fasteners and industrial supplies sector.
• Present our products and services to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and features.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Manage and update the sales pipeline using Salesforce and CRM systems.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve team goals and drive overall business growth.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
• Prepare and present sales reports to management, providing insights and recommendations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the fasteners or industrial supplies industry.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce and CRM systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to travel extensively for business purposes.
