📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Execute manual test cases and identify software defects.
• Report bugs using JIRA and collaborate with developers to resolve them.
• Create and maintain test documentation.
• Perform regression testing to ensure software updates do not negatively impact existing functionality.
• Work closely with the development team to understand requirements and provide feedback.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving our testing processes.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in software testing.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our QA processes and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in manual software testing.
• Familiarity with testing tools such as JIRA, TestRail, and Selenium.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and programming languages (Python, Java, etc.) is a plus.
