• Develop and implement tax strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
• Manage tax audits and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Prepare and file tax returns accurately and on time.
• Provide strategic advice to senior management on tax-related matters.
• Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations and advise on their potential impact on the company.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective tax planning and compliance.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of tax-related information.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in tax management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in tax management, preferably in the energy industry.
• Proficiency in tax software such as Oracle Tax, SAP Tax, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in tax management or a related field is a plus.
