As a Kindergarten Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the minds and hearts of our young learners, helping them develop essential skills and a lifelong love for learning.

In this role, you will work closely with parents, teachers, and administrators to create a supportive and engaging learning environment. You will implement age-appropriate lesson plans, incorporate play-based learning activities, and use a variety of teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate regularly with parents to ensure their children are thriving in our care.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities to promote early childhood development
• Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment for young children
• Assess and monitor student progress, and provide feedback to parents and administrators
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and administrators to ensure the well-being and academic growth of students
• Use play-based learning methods and incorporate technology to enhance the learning experience
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and progress
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to stay updated on best practices in early childhood education
• Promote a positive and respectful school culture, fostering a sense of community and belonging among students, teachers, and parents

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience teaching in a kindergarten or early childhood education setting
• Strong knowledge of early childhood development and educational best practices
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with parents, teachers, and administrators
• Valid teaching certification or equivalent qualification
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Passion for working with young children and a commitment to fostering their growth and development
