As a Legal Supervisor/Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all legal and regulatory requirements are met, from compliance with local and national laws to managing government relations and contracts. You will work closely with the company's legal team, as well as with internal and external stakeholders, to ensure that the company's operations are in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee legal compliance, licensing, and government relations
- Manage and negotiate contracts with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with local and national laws and regulations
- Provide legal advice and guidance to the company's management team
- Monitor and report on legal risks and issues
- Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations
- Assist in the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures
- Represent the company in legal matters as needed
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal compliance, government relations, or contract management
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with legal software and tools, such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar
- Ability to travel as needed
