📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver engaging life skills lessons, focusing on emotional intelligence, financial literacy, and career readiness.
• Create and maintain lesson plans, worksheets, and other teaching materials using tools like Google Classroom and Canva.
• Conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback to students on their progress and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the Mindful Horizons Institute team to develop and implement new programs and initiatives.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in education.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and growth.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and attendance using our in-house Student Information System.
• Promote the Mindful Horizons Institute mission and values, both within the classroom and in the broader community.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience.
• Certification in life skills education or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of emotional intelligence, financial literacy, and other essential life skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with and inspire students.
• Proficiency in using educational software and tools, such as Google Classroom, Canva, and our in-house Student Information System.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators to develop and implement new programs.
• Passion for fostering personal growth and development in students.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
