📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the maintenance operations of the manufacturing plant, ensuring the smooth operation of equipment and machinery.
• Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies, including predictive and preventive maintenance.
• Utilize advanced maintenance software such as SAP PM and Maximo to optimize maintenance operations.
• Lead a team of skilled technicians and engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest standards of maintenance are met.
• Conduct regular maintenance audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align maintenance activities with production goals and objectives.
• Monitor and analyze maintenance performance metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in maintenance management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in maintenance management, with a proven track record in leading maintenance teams.
• Certification in Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) or a similar maintenance management methodology.
• Proven experience in utilizing maintenance software such as SAP PM and Maximo.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Knowledge of industrial safety regulations and best practices.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
