📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the scheduling and coordination of vessel operations, ensuring timely and efficient cargo handling.
• Manage and monitor cargo operations, including loading, unloading, and storage, using specialized software such as SAP and Navisworks.
• Ensure compliance with international maritime regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth logistics operations.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to marine and logistics operations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures and protocols.
• Provide support in the planning and execution of maritime projects.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all marine and logistics activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Logistics Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marine and logistics operations, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of international maritime regulations and industry standards.
• Proficient in using marine and logistics software such as SAP, Navisworks, and other relevant tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Valid STCW certification (Seafarer's Training, Certification, and Watchkeeping) is a plus.
