📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection and onboarding.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records using HRIS systems like BambooHR.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.
• Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and support.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs and plan for future growth.
• Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the HR field.
• Proficient in using HRIS systems, particularly BambooHR.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with RPA industry is a plus.
• Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian.
