📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing production data using Power BI and SAP.
• Support the implementation of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) for real-time monitoring of production processes.
• Conduct root cause analysis and propose process improvements based on data insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline production workflows and reduce downtime.
• Prepare reports and dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for management.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and Kaizen events.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills in industrial performance and digital production.
• Document processes, best practices, and lessons learned for future reference.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Power BI.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
